If you also have an account in the State Bank of India (SBI), the largest bank in the country, you will now have the facility to withdraw and deposit cash from the bank at home. A doorstep banking facility is being provided by the bank. Under this facility, you do not have to go to the bank for bank-related work. Who will be able to avail of this facility? 

Senior citizens over 70 years of age, including blind persons and persons with disabilities (persons with chronic medical or chronic illness or disability), will be able to avail of this facility. Apart from this, your KYC also needs to be complete. For these services, the account holder has to be present in the area of ​​5 km from the home branch with a registered mobile number.

What banking facilities will be available? 

These facilities include cash issuance and collection, issuance of checks, delivery of drafts, collection of Form 15H, collection of Life Certificate, and collection of KYC documents. This facility can be availed by calling 1800111103 from 9 am to 4 pm.

How much is the charge?

Non-financial transactions cost Rs 60 and GST charge per visit. There will be a charge of Rs 100 for financial transactions and GST per visit. A limit of Rs 20,000 per transaction has been fixed for cash withdrawals and cash deposits.

How to register for this?
